Dates for the Derek Whitehill Memorial Cashspiel are September 19th, 20th and 21st, 2008.

Entries this year were amazing, I received most of the guys entries for the spiel in the first two weeks of January and I know that some of the guys teams will look a the list and go, I sent my entry in really early, well a bunch of you did. I had to check the post stamp on some to make sure when they were stamped to go with the first come first served entry. I hope you all will understand that, returning teams, are also in now... so the list will be posted soon. If you did not get in the spiel right away do not be discouraged... Last year we went through the entire waiting list for the women in the last month before the spiel... Please let me know if you do not want to stay on the waiting list...

I will confirm that I get it but the the key to the entry being accepted is the date I received your cheque.

This years entry will be an even 300 dollars which includes the new 20 dollar per team registration fee for the Ontario Junior Curling Tour.

Also times are tentative at this time and we may move one or two teams depending on circumstances. IF YOU WITHDRAW from the Spiel, within 30 days of the start of the spiel, we may or may not refund your entry fee, this depends on us finding another team to take your place and pay the full amount of the entry.

M&M Meat Shops Peterborough
Saturday Night Bar-B-Que

Ken Rice the local owner of M&M meat shops is sponsoring the dinner for all curlers on Saturday. There will be two sittings and more information will come with each teams packages at registration. It was a Great Bar-B-Que last year and we hope to top it this year! It included Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Pop, and of course the wonderful Baskin and Robbins Ice Cream Mini-tubs!

THE BEST WESTERN OTONABEE INN IN PETERBOROUGH IS THE HOST HOTEL THIS YEAR AND IT IS NICE TO HAVE THEM BACK.
